Biography
Chaitanya Gaikwad founded XIYÀTO to give design-led businesses a dependable external production partner — one that could absorb drawing work, research work and visual production without the overhead of adding permanent headcount.
The work has run across interior and fit-out documentation, market research and outreach systems for cross-border businesses, and visualisation and film for furniture, hospitality and interior studios. That range is deliberate: the same projects usually need drawings, data and presentation material, and the handovers between them are where time is normally lost.

Capacity
How the studio scales.
Production capacity is extended through independent specialists brought in against a defined brief when an engagement requires it. That keeps the studio’s standing overhead low, and it means clients are never paying for a team that is not working on their project.
Whoever produces the work, scoping and the final quality check remain with the founder. Where a specialist has contributed materially to a published engagement, that will be stated on the case study rather than absorbed into a collective “we”.
